How To Support and Stay Connected -- Update

We've had some questions and clarifications regarding our support for our mission in Allendale County (SC), plus we wanted to remind everyone about somethings. Here is the latest information on the topics of financial support, communication, and supplies for the Boys & Girls Club.


Financial Support

After getting confirmation with from the finance team at Grace Church, we have finally decided how you can make tax-deductible contributions and be sure that the money gets to us. Make the checks out to "Grace Church" with "Allendale - Espinosa" on the memo line. A special account has been created for all the monies designated for us. If you do not attend Grace Church, you can mail the check to:

I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to set up a Pay Pal account for donations, since this may be preferred by some. I'll let you know if/when I figure that out.

Note that this is slightly different than the direction given in this post about support, but read that article (if you haven't yet) to understand why we are raising support. Also, if you are going to give monthly, please fill out this anonymous survey (but to help us follow up with you, you could put your name in the comments or let us know by email that you are contributing).


Communication
We will continue to communicate much of what is going on through this blog, but we will also send out an occasional email newsletter. Nothing fancy, but just a way to let you know about other things that don't make it to the blog, plus maybe some more personal thoughts. You can sign up here for the newsletter.


Supplies
As I mentioned in this post, you have an opportunity to provide the Boys & Girls Club of Allendale County with much-needed supplies. I have two friends from Grace Church who will each be responsible to organize the collection of certain items. Please feel free to sign up for one of the email lists. An email will be sent out about every 2 months, and you can feel free to pitch in at that point or not. Just let either Ashley Boodram (who attends our Pelham Road campus) or Rebecca Millwood (who attends our Downtown campus) know. I am thankful for their leadership, and they'll be glad to have you on their team!
